As a family from SC in need of a taste of home while visiting AZ, we loved all the food and hospitality of TEN. The shrimp and gritcake showed off the chef's Lowcountry Charleston, SC roots, and our lunch of the BBQ pork and Cuban sandwiches were great. Our super friendly server even added some simple syrup so my daughter could get a jolt of sweet tea. Nice atmosphere even as it is tucked away next to the AMC theater amongst other office buildings. Y'all check out TEN when you can.

Was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The service took forever and there were only about four tables being used. I Ordered one thing and was charged for another. When I asked the waitress about the discrepancy, she laughed it off. I explained there was a $10 differnce between what I ordered and what was on recipet. She said I should have specified what I ordered because she had brought me a different serving amount. When I looked through the menu, there was no proof or option of serving sizes. I asked her if as a consumer I was supposed to study the menu and memorize it, or if the right expectation should have been set if there were more than one option. She said it was my responsibility to be accurate. (Again, only one option on the menu) When I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, she said yes... Once I asked to speak to the manager again, she said he wasn't there and she was in charge. Interesting how that changed in a matter of two minutes. I will not go back there and I will tell everyone I know about my experience there tonight.
